“American Idol” alum Alex Miller released his new country single “When God Made The South.”

This jamming tune is a gritty, anthemic, and guitar-driven ode to the glories of Southern living; moreover, it has an Easton Corbin and Joe Nichols neo-traditional country vibe to it and it is a neat send-off to summer.

“When God Made The South” showcases a different side to Miller’s artistry. Hopefully, it is a harbinger of more great things to come from Alex Miller in the future.
