ARTech featured five units located in a luxury building that offers short term leases, which is unheard of in Manhattan. This allows buyers to have extremely desirable opportunities with the units that are available.
The 1-2 bedroom units are some of the most sought after in Manhattan. The units are minimalistic, sleek, and modern. They are tastefully accentuated by neutral tone contrasts found throughout the relaxed atmosphere. The hardwood flooring finishes with a zen-inspired bathroom that is complete with gleaming glacier glass walls, and limestone flooring. The kitchen features white lacquer cabinetry lined by Pietra Bedonia stone counters and appointed by the highest quality appliances such as Wolf, Liebherr, and Miele.
Each unit offers fantastic views and will cater to the needs of even the pickiest of buyers. Most recently, French Montana paid $22,000 a month for one unit within a three-unit combination that is being marketed for $50 million, as noted in this Jerusalem Post article. The best part: units are above the classic celebrity hangout Butter restaurant and within close proximity to NYC’s finest areas.
