Rachel Platten scores Top 5 album with ‘Wildfire’

This marks Platten’s highest career debut, as well as the week’s highest-charting CD to debut. The album features such top-notch songs as her breakthrough hit, “Fight Song” and her latest radio single “Stand By You,” as well as “Hey Hey Hallelujah,” a collaboration with Andy Grammer. The album garnered a glowing review from Digital Journal.

Her new single “Stand By You” has been making its way up the charts, where it is a Top 10 hit at adult pop radio and it has reached No. 5 on iTunes; moreover, it has been certified gold in Australia.

Platten is embarking on her “Wildfire” tour, in an effort to bring the new music to the fans. She will be playing two shows at Irving Plaza in New York City on March 10 and 11 respectively.
