Pop star Bera talks ‘I Look Good On You,’ future and Taylor Swift (Includes interview)

Regarding his single “I Look Good On You,” he said, “Basically, I wrote the song really fast. It’s a feel-good record and it’s important to have fun while making it. Nash Grier is a good friend of mine, and we both had a mutual idea that it would be awesome for him to direct one of my music videos. I really let Nash pick the song.”

On his plans for the future, he said, “There is a lot new music, and a lot of content that I can’t wait to release. I filmed a lot of music videos. I have a big surprise for my fans by the end of the year. It’s going to be a really big duet. It’s going to be a really important song in my life, and I can’t wait to release it. I haven’t been working very hard. I definitely can’t wait to get on the road and perform these songs live, since live music is what it’s all about. I want to be able to play all the instruments out there.”

A native of Georgia, Bera listed global music star Taylor Swift as his dream female duet choice. “I think Taylor is really dope and awesome. I love the message that she has. There is a lot of positive energy coming from that young lady. I think she is beautiful too. I would love to be in the studio with her,” he said.

He revealed that his greatest motivation is his family. “My little brother is a big part of my life. All my time that I have when I am not working, I am spending it with him. Every single day. He looks just like me, and he talks like me and does everything the way that I do. It’s a blessing to have him in my life,” he said.
