Op-Ed: Top 5 Emma Hewitt electronic dance music songs

Hewitt’s collaboration with Cosmic Gate entitled “Going Home” comes in at No. 5. It can best be described as an electronic music lullaby, thanks to her mellifluous voice.

“Be Your Sound,” her uplifting collaboration with Cosmic Gate comes in at No. 4.

Hewitt collaborated with DJ Mark Sixma on their recent track “Restless Hearts” and it has a haunting vibe to it, yet it is a stunning vocal performance. It ranks No. 3.

Her collaboration with DJ, remixer and producer Dash Berlin, “Waiting,” comes in at No. 2. This is the song that helped propel her to international super-stardom.

At No. 1 is her ethereal “Miss You Paradise,” which is an angelic vocal masterpiece. Its lyrics are nostalgic yet captivating, and she knocks it out of the park.

Better yet, whoever has any doubts of Hewitt’s natural talent, can check out most of these songs covered in an acoustic fashion, in the video below, where she is accompanied on acoustic guitar by Anthony Hewitt.
