Op-Ed: Sammi Rae Murciano celebrates birthday, ‘One to Watch’ in 2017

Last month, Murciano made Digital Journal’s list of “Five Up and Coming Singers to Watch in 2017,” and rightfully so. She was joined by Salina Solomon, Elizabeth Lyons, Jessie Chris and teen darling Tegan Marie.

On her YouTube channel, Murciano has covered songs by such noteworthy artists as Andra Day, Ella Henderson, James Bay, Adele, The Beatles and Zara Larsson, among others; moreover, it included her original recording, the inspirational “Believe.”
