This year, “Electric Zoo: The 6th Boro” featured a record-breaking 90,000 fans in attendance, where over 100 DJs and producers performed. The headlining acts in the elephant-themed main stage included Zedd, DJ Snake, Armin van Buuren, Deadmau5, Eric Prydz and Above & Beyond.
Electric Zoo included fans from all over the world that gathered to celebrate their passion for electronic dance music, with their favorite electronic musicians and DJs. Aside from the main headliners, Digital Journal reviewed noteworthy sets by such acclaimed artists as Oliver Heldens, Markus Schulz and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, among others.
Fans and electronic music listeners kept up with Electric Zoo on the social networks via such hashtags and handles as @ElectricZooNY and #EZoo2017. Electric Zoo will return again in 2018, for its 10th anniversary.
