Metal Gear Solid V offered to PC gamers who bought Arkham Knight

PC gamers who received a copy of Batman: Arkham Knight with the purchase of a graphics card bundle could receive a free copy of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. All customers have to do is call the retailer and inform them that the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight has been unplayable for several months.

This special promotional is a way for retailers to make up to their customers over the botched release of Batman: Arkham Knight. The PC version of the game had so many problems that it was unplayable, resulting in retailers pulling the game from sale while offering full refunds to any gamer. Rocksteady Studios has been working on a patch to fix the issue and has confirmed that it will be available sometime in September.

So far it has been confirmed that Newegg and Best Buy will give a free copy of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain however it has been suggested to to check with other retailers to see if they have the same offer. This offer is only available to those who purchased the graphic card bundle and will only receive a PC version of the game.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is the tenth game in the series and is set to be released on September 1 for all major consoles along with the PC. Batman: Arkham Knight is the fourth game in the Arkham-series and the console version was highly praised by critics and gamers.
