Meet Sarah Charness: Electronic violinist virtuoso (Includes interview)

“I love being in New York City. It’s literally the best city in the world. I love it,” she said, about her experience in “The Big Apple.”

Regarding the critical success of her electronic dance single, “Grip,” she said, “Thank you. We worked really, really hard on it, so it’s great to see how well it has done.”

She collaborated on “Grip” with Disco Killerz, and it features Jem Cooke on lead vocals.

In the future, she has two more tracks in the works, which include “Beautiful Life,” where Charness and Disco Killerz collaborate with Delaney Jane, as well as “Running For Our Lives,” which is a collaboration with songstress Kat Nestel. “Kat is unbelievable and an amazingly talented singer,” she said.

Charness listed Omnia in Las Vegas, as well as Ushuaia in Ibiza, Spain, as two of her favorite venues in the world. “Ushuaia is absolutely unreal. I love it because it goes from light to dark, and then the lights go and it is an incredible venue and a special place. The energy is awesome there,” she said.

Most impressive about Charness is that she makes music for the passion of it, as well as for the enjoyment.

For her fans, she concluded, “Thank you for all of your support. I wouldn’t be able to do it without you.”
