Electronic music superstar Martin Garrix joins forces with Bono & The Edge on the anthemic “We Are The People,” the Union of European Football Association (UEFA) Euro Song 2020. Digital Journal has the scoop.
“I can finally share my new song ‘We Are The People’ featuring Bono & The Edge from U2, which is the official song for this year’s UEFA EURO2020 football tournament,” Garrix exclaimed.
The song is uplifting, vivacious, and catchy; moreover, its lyrics are pure poetry. “We’re a million volts in a pool of light, electricity in the room tonight born from fire, sparks flying from the sun,” Bono sings in the opening verse, instantly luring listeners in.
