Maks Chmerkovskiy is engaged, pops question to Peta Murgatroyd

Chmerkovskiy proposed to his girlfriend, Peta Murgatroyd, while on stage on Saturday evening at a production of Sway: A Dance Trilogy, which took place in Miami, Florida.

In front of an audience of dedicated “Sway” and “Dancing with the Stars” fans and fellow dancers, Chmerkovskiy expressed his love for Murgatroyd by saying, “I’ll take this moment to be speechless, and I’ll just say that I’m in love with you.”

The heartthrob dancer continued, “I want to be in love for you for the rest of my life, and I know that I will be, and if you will have me, I want you to be a part of mine. Would you marry me?”

He went on to share the great news with his fans and followers (that she said “yes”) on his social network Facebook, and he included a picture of that special moment.

The video of their proposal may be seen below on The Daily Mail UK’s YouTube channel:

Congratulations to Maks Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd on their engagement.
