Laura Wright to make New York appearances as part of Carlys World

In the hit ABC daytime drama, General Hospital, Wright is known for her portrayal of Carly Corinthos opposite her on-screen husband, Emmy winner Maurice Benard, who plays mob boss Sonny Corinthos.

Wright will be appearing at Rockwells in Pelham, New York, on January 26, along with two of her fellow General Hospital cast-mates: Emmy winner Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos) and teen actress Eden McCoy (Josslyn Jacks), both of which play her children on the show.

On the same night, on January 26, Wright, Duell and McCoy, will partake in a three-hour private dinner with fans in Astoria, New York.

In 2011, Wright took home the Daytime Emmy award for “Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series” for playing Carly Corinthos. She was nominated again for this role in the same category in 2012, 2015, 2017 and 2018.
