Kristos Andrews wins 2021 Daytime Emmy Award for ‘The Bay’

Kristos Andrews has a major reason to celebrate. He just won a 2021 Daytime Emmy Award for “The Bay,” created by Gregori J. Martin. Digital Journal has the scoop.

Kristos Andrews has a major reason to celebrate. He just won a 2021 Daytime Emmy Award for “The Bay,” created by Gregori J. Martin. Digital Journal has the scoop.

Andrews won for “Outstanding Lead Actor in a Daytime Fiction Program” for playing twin characters Pete Garrett and Adam Kenway. His acting performance in Season 6 of “The Bay” was hailed by Digital Journal as “mesmerizing.”

This marks Andrews’ fifth career acting win in the “Lead Actor” category, as well as his 11th career Daytime Emmy Award (which include prior wins as a co-director and producer of the show).

He was nominated alongside such actors as Gijs Blom (“The Letter for the King”), Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs (“A House Divided”), Sean Kanan (“Studio City”), and Mark Christopher Lawrence (“$tack$”)
