Kip Moore up for ACM ‘New Artist of the Year’ fan voting

Fans will be afforded the privilege to vote for their final three, which will compete for the Academy of Country Music (ACM) “New Artist of the Year” award. He is up against such musical acts as Chase Rice, Brett Eldredge, Cole Swindell, Dan + Shay, Tyler Farr, Sam Hunt and Thomas Rhett.

Most recently, at the inaugural fan-voted ACC awards, Kip Moore took home the award for “Breakthrough Artist of the Year.”

This past September, as Digital Journal reported, Kip headlined Best Buy Theater in New York City, along with Charlie Worsham and Sam Hunt.

At last year’s award show, Kip was nominated for “New Artist of the Year” along with Eldredge and Justin Moore, but ultimately Justin won.
