Kelsea Ballerini scores Top 3 hit on country radio with ‘Dibs’

It was a slow but steady climb for Ballerini’s “Dibs.” The single has charted for 33 weeks on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, and it sits at No. 3.

Dibs” is the follow-up to her chart-topping single “Love Me Like You Mean It,” which has been certified gold.

Thanks to the success of both of her radio singles, “Love Me Like You Mean It” and “Dibs,” Ballerini garnered two nominations from the Academy of Country Music (ACM), including “Female Vocalist of the Year” and “New Female Vocalist of the Year.”

Ballerini chatted with Digital Journal about “Dibs” this past summer, and that conversation may be seen by clicking here.
