Kelsea Ballerini scores No. 1 country single with ‘Peter Pan’

Ballerini made the official announcement on her Instagram page. “Dearest country radio, thank you for being the pixie dust. We did it. It’s number one. We just made history, y’all. ✨ #PeterPan,” the songstress posted.

This marked Ballerini’s third consecutive No. 1 single. Previously, “Dibs” and her breakthrough hit “Love Me Like You Mean It” both reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts.

“Peter Pan” fared well when she performed it live at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater on Long Island.

Ballerini has been nominated for two 2016 Country Music Association (CMA) awards, which include nods for “Female Vocalist of the Year” and “New Artist of the Year.”
