Someone in Kanye’s entourage who was at Kanye’s home called the LAPD this morning to report the break-in, TMZ writes.
The report adds, “There was evidence the thieves dropped some of Kanye’s possessions on the way out.”
West, 35, wasn’t home when the break-in occurred. He’s now in Birmingham, England, in the middle of his concert tour.
The LAPD is investigating the incident and this article will be updated as more information is released.
West has won a total of 18 Grammy Awards for his hiphop albums. Last year he collaborated with Jay-Z to release Watch The Throne. He is currently in a relationship with Kim Kardashian, according to reports.
