Rock queen Joan Jett is a true female pioneer in rock music, an innovator, as well as a visionary. She was recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and she has had eight platinum and gold albums to her credit, along with nine Top 40 hit singles.
Her signature hits include such classic rock numbers as “I Love Rock ‘N’ Roll,” “I Hate Myself for Loving You,” “Crimson and Clover” and the fan-favorite “Bad Reputation.”
Most impressive about Jett is that she is the head of her own independent record label, Blackheart Records. A few years ago, Jett and The Blackhearts released their latest album, the critically-acclaimed Unvarnished, which debuted in the Top 50 on the Billboard 200 all-genre charts.
