Jo Weil back with new film ‘Sodom,’ trailer released

Weil is Internationally recognized for his starring role in the series Verbotene Liebe and Tatort. Sodom’s official trailer was released in mid-October. It deals with two men, one night, and “no way out,” according to the trailer. It is the debut film from writer and director Mark Wilshin, where Weil is starring opposite British actor Pip Brignall (as Will), where he makes his debut film performance.

Weil had revealed that this was his first English-speaking film, and opened up about his character, Michael, being handsome, rich and extremely caring. Then, one realizes that there is more to Michael than meets the eye. “There’s something dark inside him, and he’s looking for something and we don’t know if he is ever going to find it,” Weil told Digital Journal.
