Jimmy Fortune remembers Lynn Anderson, to release new gospel CD (Includes interview)

Lynn Anderson was a wonderful person, first and foremost,” he said, remembering the “Rose Garden” singer. “Every time I saw her, she would always say that she admired me, even after The Statler Brothers. When I would see her, she would always tell me, ‘I am pulling for you’ and ‘I know you can make it.’ She told me ‘Jimmy, all you have to be is you’ and ‘people are going to love you.’ She said: ‘If you believe that and you know that, then you are going to be okay.'”
