Jeff Timmons talks Bar 360, Instagram Star recognition, NYSE show (Includes interview)

The founding member of 98 Degrees also opened up about being a part of the NYSE’s Christmas Tree lighting ceremony and his recognition from Vegas Magazine.

Timmons will be returning to perform at Resorts World Casino’s Bar 360 in Jamaica on Friday, December 16, which is quite exciting for the multi-faceted musician. “I’m very excited! It’s a really cool venue,” he said. “The crowd was amazing last time, and the staff there was incredible. You can expect the usual hits, but maybe I’ll throw in a Christmas song, or two,” he hinted.

Most recently, Timmons was named an influential Instagram Star by Vegas Magazine. “It was an honor, of course. Vegas is becoming a major youthful celebrity spot as of late, and to be recognized by the local culture is truly an honor,” he said, effusively.

Earlier this month, Timmons was a part of the New York Stock Exchange’s (NYSE) Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, which was yet another honor. “It was a wonderful crowd, and a childhood dream to share the event with a crush of mine, Christie Brinkley,” he said.

While reflecting back on this year’s Thanksgiving holiday, he was grateful to be able to spend this festive occasion with his friends and family members. This Thanksgiving holiday coincided with Timmons’ wedding anniversary (with Amanda Timmons), and his youngest daughter’s birthday. “It was wonderful being with all of the kids. We celebrated at Great Wolf Lodge, which is incredible, and finished up at Disneyland. Spoiled kids!” he said, jokingly.
