Model Parker Gregory recently appeared in the first season of the Hallmark reality series “Finding Mr. Christmas.” He chatted about his latest endeavors.

Filming a Hallmark reality series

“Simply put, it was fun,” he admitted. “I made new friends. Worked with some amazing people. Also, I learned a few things along the way.”

Being put into scenes, like the improv, was great. I had not done improv before the show and that is where I learned the most.

Brotherhood with the other guys on the show

“The guys were great,” he exclaimed. “We all bonded and supported each other. Of course, you will always gravitate towards certain people more than others. We still keep up with each other in a group thread, which is awesome.”

Future plans

On his future plans, he shared, :”We (my wife, son, and me) just moved back to New York. I’ve been modeling for 20 years and we wanted a change.”

“We wanted to get back to where the industry is so I can get back to doing what I love in the heart of the industry,” he added.

The digital age

On being a part of the digital age, he said, “There are a lot of pros and cons. The beauty is how much access you have at your fingertips. Allowing smaller brands and people to create a business without the extreme overhead that was once required.”

You can show the world whatever you like. I won’t get into the cons,” he said with a sweet laugh.

Stage of his life

On the title of the current chapter of his life, he said, “Unfinished Business.”

Advice for hopefuls that wish to go into modeling

For young and emerging models, he said, “If you want to model, find out if agencies are having open calls or contact them about potentially getting signed.”

“It’s better to be rejected by every agency and than not trying and questioning yourself with the ‘what if’,” he added.

Success

Regarding his definition of the word success, he said, “Success is self-proclaimed. If you are proud of what you are accomplishing and you are living a happy life, you have success.”

Message for his fans and supporters

For his fans and supporters, he said, “Thank you for your love and support. I am grateful for every opportunity over my career. When fans support your work and show that love, I am massively grateful.”
