Interview: Catching up with Adam Ezra Group at The Paramount (Includes interview)

On performing at The Paramount on Long Island, Ezra said, “We love it here. It’s such a good club. The staff is amazing, and we are super-excited to be playing with the Gin Blossoms tonight. They are just a great band.”

Aside from Ezra on lead vocals and guitar, the band is made up of Turtle on percussion, Josh Gold on keys, drummer Alex Martin, Corinna Smith on fiddle, and bassist Francis Hickey.

Regarding their plans for the future, he said, “We just came out with a new album, called Songs for a Movie, and I’m really excited about that. I am doing some scoring for an indie film, which should be released within the next year. At the end of the summer, we have our big charity event for veterans and we have a bunch of bands lined up for that. We are already working on our next studio album. I’ve been writing a lot of song with John Oates from Hall & Oates. We have a lot of material that we are excited about.”
