Imagine Dragons to play the Barclays Center this summer

This show will be a tour stop on their “Smoke and Mirrors Tour,” which will feature alternative rock band Metric and songstress Halsey as their special musical guests. This will be in support of their sophomore studio album Smoke and Mirrors, which was released on their record label, Interscope Records. Their CD debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 all-genre charts, and it featured their lead single “I Bet My Life.” The band members either wrote or co-wrote all of the tracks on the album, and they co-produced the project with British producer Alexander Grant, who is also known as Alex da Kid.

Imagine Dragons is comprised of front-man Dan Reynolds on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Daniel Wayne “Wing” Sermon on lead guitar and backing vocals, Ben McKee on bass and keyboards, as well as Daniel Platzman on drums, percussion and background vocals. They took home the 2014 Grammy award for “Best Rock Performance” for “Radioactive,” which was a Top 3 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
