Harry Styles to release breakthrough solo studio album in May

Styles’ album is expected to be released globally on Friday, May 12. The 23-year-old global music star is featured shirtless on the album’s cover. He is best known as one of the members of the pop boy band One Direction.

The CD is comprised of 10 tracks, which include his lead single “Sign of the Times.” Jeff Bhasker served as executive producer of the album, with additional production from Alex Salibian, Tyler Johnson, as well as Kid Harpoon. “Sign of the Times” was a critical success, thus topping the charts in over 84 countries on its release day.

On April 15, Styles is ready for the television performance debut of his new music on NBC’s Saturday Night Live. On the following week, on April 21, Styles will make his U.K. solo live on the British award-winning BBC talk show The Graham Norton Show.

Starting tomorrow, his self-titled solo album will be available for pre-order on iTunes.

The songs on the album are the following: “Meet Me in the Hallway,” the lead single “Sign of the Times,” “Carolina,” “Two Ghosts,” “Sweet Creature,” “Only Angel,” “Kiwi,” “Ever Since New York,” “Woman,” and the closing tune “From the Dining Table.”
