Seely will open up about her respected career in country music as a recording artist, songwriter and Grand Ole Opry host. She will be chatting with Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame DJ and radio host Keith Bilbrey.
Throughout her career in the genre, Seely has been affectionately known as “Miss Country Soul,” and she will be appearing in Country’s Family Reunion Road Show with Country Music Hall of Famer Bill Anderson, and she has dates with such iconic country artists as Mickey Gilley, Johnny Lee, Jimmy Fortune, David Frizzell and T.G. Sheppard. In addition, Seely is a regular host and performer on Larry’s Country Diner.
The Grammy-winning country songstress has earned dozens of accolades, which include awards from Billboard Magazine, Cashbox and Record World, and she has achieved No.1 singles as both a solo country star, as well as a duet partner and songwriter.
Earlier this year, Seely was the first performer to take the Grand Ole Opry stage.
This June will mark the 50th anniversary of Seely’s first guest performance on the Opry. She would become an official member of the Grand Ole Opry on September 16, 1967.
