Brooks and his wife, Grammy-winning country songstress Trisha Yearwood, were scheduled to perform on January 22 and January 23 at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. These two concert stops were a part of Brooks‘ “World Tour.”
The inclement winter weather conditions have made it impossible for these show to go through, so they have been postponed for another date. Their January 22 concert will be rescheduled for January 31 at 3 p.m. and their January 23 concert is also set for January 31 at 7 p.m., according to the official Nash FM website. The fans’ previous purchased tickets are going to be honored for the new day and its times.
In November of 2015, Brooks was nominated for the coveted Country Music Association (CMA) award for “Entertainer of the Year,” along with fellow country artists Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney and Eric Church. Brooks has been crowned “Entertainer of the Year” four times in his respected career in country music in 1991, 1992, as well as in 1997 and 1998.
