Rising actor Garrett Alexander Watson chatted about his latest acting projects and fitness.

He began his commercial and print career in 2017 after moving to Orlando, Florida. In the fall of 2019, he moved into an educational background and understanding of acting as an art and a career. He has appeared on the Starz network in “Step Up: High Water” Season 3, where he plays Nelson. “I am really excited about ‘Step Up: High Water’,” he said, prior to nothing that his episode titled “Bring ‘Em Out?” will be out on Sunday, December 11.

In 2022, Garrett wrapped his first three feature films. He played a lead role in each motion picture. He is actively taking roles in television series and films.

On Saturday, December 17, his forthcoming holiday movie “Aisle Be Home for Christmas” will premiere on Great American Family. “This is actually the third feature film that I’ve done,” he said. “It was actually a really beautiful experience, working on a set and telling a love story between two people that cared about each other much at a certain point in time, and life separated them.”

“Being on Great American Family is a new experience for me. This is my third feature film, and I am definitely looking forward to seeing where things go from here,” he said.

In “Aisle Be Home for Christmas,” two exes finally reconnect when a snowstorm leaves them stranded in a superstore (without cell service or Wi-Fi) just before Christmas. He stars opposite Jennifer Freeman, who plays Michelle. “It was good working with Jennifer, she was very friendly and funny. She had a great personality on set and it was honestly a blast. She is a very fun person to be around,” he said.

Watson shared that his character, Drew, reminds him a lot about himself. “This movie underscores the importance of the people around you and really celebrating those special moments with those that you care about the most,” he said.

“I do believe that when it comes to relationships and true love there needs to be a fight to get back to each other if you really want to work towards it. This movie correlates to a lot of things in my personal life so it meant a lot to me too,” he added.

In addition to his acting, he is also the CEO of his fitness brand Garbear Fitness, and he hopes to grow that more in the future as well.
