On the inaugural Commack Day, Spinato said, “My friend, Jim Manikas, and I were sitting at lunch discussing how much the Commack community has grown but has still managed to remain close-knit. We began reminiscing about growing up in Commack and it got us thinking about how much we truly cherish this community. So, as passionate members of the Commack community, we wanted to find a way to unite businesses, families, alumni, and community members alike for a day of fun celebrating this place we call home.”
The proceeds from this event will aid the Commack Fire Department. “An important pillar of every community is always the fire department because they help to ensure the safety of members of the community. This is why we wanted to benefit the Commack Fire Department, to ensure that this event makes a positive and direct impact on the community,” he said.
Regarding his future plans with TiedIn Media, Spinato said, “My plans are to continue to contribute our services to events and businesses that positively benefit local communities.”
In addition, this Halloween, TiedIn Media will serve as the official marketing partner for the second annual Pink Tie Halloween Party. “The upcoming Halloween Party at The Carltun is going to be a fun way to celebrate Halloween. There will even be prizes awarded to the best male and female costumes of the night so you can bet people will be dressed in some awesome costumes,” he said.
Spinato concluded, “Commack Day is going to be a fun-filled day with food, beverages, multiple vendors, and live music all surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Hoyt Farm Nature Preserve. You won’t want to miss this chance for some family fun so purchase your tickets and visit the Commack Day website.”
