Cole Swindell scores Top 20 hit with ‘You Should Be Here’

After charting for five weeks, it sits at No. 19 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts. Swindell co-wrote the song with country songwriter Ashley Gorley, and Michael Carter served as his producer. It was released as a single via his record label, Warner Music Nashville.

In “You Should Be Here,” Swindell pays tribute to his late father, which makes it more compelling to his fans and listeners. The country singer-songwriter is not afraid to show his vulnerability, heart and raw emotions on this tune, and it will strike a chord with his fans.
