Chatting with Jessie’s Girl, 80’s tribute band, at The Paramount (Includes interview)

“It’s great to be back at The Paramount,” Drew Mortali said. “It’s beautiful.” Maenza noted that their show tonight would include new pyro, as well as smoke and confetti canyons. “We added a bunch of new aspects to the show,” Mike Maenza added. “It’s going to be a fun show. We recently added all this to our show two months ago.”

Chris Hall revealed that he will be singing several duets at The Paramount, and he hinted one will be from Dirty Dancing.

All three musicians had nothing but the greatest remarks for former 80’s teen queen Tiffany. “We love Tiffany. She is awesome,” they concurred. “We just did the cruise with her, and it was a blast. We have another cruise coming up with her,” Mike Maenza added.

Their dream female collaboration choices include Lita Ford, Belinda Carlisle, Joan Jett, as well as Terri Nunn from Berlin. Chris shared that he would love to sing the classic “Evergreen” with Barbra Streisand.
