“It feels great to be here,” Campbell exclaimed. “This has been a huge year.”

Campbell on how he wrote ‘Three Wiser Men and a Boy’ with Christmas Con in mind

In the Hallmark movie “Three Wiser Men and a Boy,” Campbell is joined by co-stars Andrew Walker and Tyler Hynes.

The synopsis of “Three Wiser Men and a Boy” is: The Brenner brothers are back and putting on a holiday pageant for young Thomas while trying to cope with life’s curveballs, including their mom’s new boyfriend.

Campbell remarked, “When Kimberley [Sustad] and I were writing the script , we kept in mind what we wanted to see at Christmas Con for costumes, so what we would put in the movie, we would have to wear at Christmas Con.”

“We wanted to wear our candy cane costumes to Christmas Con, so we wrote them into the film… and that’s how they got into it. So, now, here we are at Christmas Con,” Campbell said.

Campbell acknowledged that it was extremely difficult to write a sequel (following the success of “Three Wise Men and a Baby”), and noted that it took them one year longer to write the screenplay than they originally anticipated.

Message for his fans and supporters

For fans and viewers, Campbell expressed, “Thanks for continuing to watch our movies. As long as you keep liking them, we are going to keep making them.”
