Cameron Mathison updates fans on health following kidney surgery

As Digital Journal reported, on September 9, revealed that he is battling renal cancer via a post on social media and he asked for everybody for prayers for his surgery.

Following his surgery, the Hallmark Channel host expressed that he is feeling loved and supported by his family members and friends, as well as each and every one of his fans and followers.

In an elaborate post on Instagram, Mathison shared that he has been very overwhelmed and very grateful to everyone for the positive and supportive comments and their prayers. He noted that his surgery went “very well,” and added that the tumor is gone and he got to keep 80 percent of his kidney.

Mathison and his family members are optimistic, and he promised to keep his fans updated on his health. “I am so grateful for all of you,” he concluded in his post, which was accompanied by a photo of his two kids holding his hands while recovering on his hospital bed.
