Brenda Lee’s vocals to appear in Super Bowl telecast commercial

Brenda Lee proves that she is indeed timeless. Dubbed as “Little Miss Dynamite,” Lee has sold over 100 million units worldwide, and throughout her illustrious career, she has been inducted into three Music Hall of Fames: the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Rockabilly Hall of Fame, as well as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Lee will be the voice behind this year’s eye-popping Super Bowl ad for Victoria’s Secret. Fans and listeners can hear her sing “I’m In The Mood for Love.”

Her song was written by Jimmy McHugh, as well as co-writer Dorothy Fields. It turns 80 year old in 2015, and it has been coveted by over 100 artists such as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Barbra Streisand, among countless others.

The award-winning recorded recorded “I’m In The Mood for Love” in 1961, and it is a track on her fourth studio album, Emotions, which is one of her best-selling albums to date.

Her classic Christmas tune “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” has been a holiday favorite for over five decades, and it still ranks in the Top 3 most popular holiday songs of all-time.
