Actor Brad Benedict (“The Oval”) will be starring in Tyler Perry’s upcoming film “A Jazzman’s Blues” for the streaming service Netflix. Digital Journal has the scoop.
“A Jazzman’s Blues” will be written, directed, and produced by Tyler Perry. Benedict was one of eight actors that joined the cast along with Amirah Vann, Austin Scott, Milauna Jackson, Brent Antonello, Kario Marcel, Lana Young, and Ryan Eggold.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, “A Jazzman’s Blues” unravels 40 years of secrets and lies in a tale of forbidden love and family drama accompanied by juke joint blues in the deep South.
