Beyonce to perform at Citi Field as part of Formation World Tour

Beyonce’s arena tour kicks off on April 27 in North America, and it will be followed with tour dates in Europe in late June. The Grammy-winning songstress made the announcement following her performance at this year’s Super Bowl 50, thus proving that she is the queen of marketing. The tour is promoted by Live Nation, presented by American Express and produced by Parkwood Entertainment.

She is a singing sensation that tries to give back and her fans will be afforded the opportunity to participate in her #BeyGOOD initiative, which supports local United Way programs, as well as the continues work that surrounds the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. They will be partnering with the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, in an effort to create a fund that will address the long-term educational, health and developmental needs of the children that have been affected the by water crisis in Flint.

Beyonce’s “Formation World Tour” is her first solo tour since “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” in 2013, which was praised by fans and critics worldwide.
