Ashley Monroe nominated for two Grammy awards

Her critically-acclaimed album, The Blade, has been nominated for “Best Country Album,” and “Lonely Tonight,” her duet with country mega-star Blake Shelton is in the running for “Best Country Duo/Group Performance.”

Monroe’s album earned a rave review from Digital Journal, and it pays homage to traditional country music.

Most recently, Monroe performed at New York’s Bowery Ballroom with singer-songwriter Ryan Beaver.
