Their single “You Know That I Would” stays at the No. 1 spot for the past three consecutive weeks on the Bluegrass Today Weekly Airplay Charts. It is the lead single from their upcoming studio album, Unbound.
This marks their seventh career studio album, and it will be released on September 23, via Farm Boy Records. Their song “You Know That I Would” is the second No. 1 single in their career, with their first being “Catch Me If I Try,” the title track of their 2012 studio album.
As Digital Journal previously reported, Kenny and Amanda are nominated for a couple of International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) awards this year. Kenny is up for “Guitar Player of the Year,” while Amanda is nominated again for the coveted “Female Vocalist of the Year” award. The IBMA award ceremony will be taking place in Raleigh, North Carolina, during the World of Bluegrass convention and festival.
