On July 23, indie-pop duo, Alexander Jean released their new EP, “Coming Down” via Parts & Labor Records. Digital Journal has the scoop.
Alexander Jean is an indie singer-songwriting duo with an edge, consisting of BC Jean and Mark Ballas. They release new music at a prolific pace and they have been touring the country over the past five years; moreover, they racked up over 80 million streams across all streaming and social platforms.
The EP opens with the sassy title track “Coming Down,” which instantly lures listeners in this musical effort. It is followed by the crisp and harking “Nevermind,” and the soothing single “Highs & Lows.”
They pick up the pace with the spitfire “For Anybody Wondering,” and they immediately break into the unapologetic “Drunk,” where they showcase some attitude. It closes with the stirring “Sex & Candy,” featuring their soaring harmonies, where they leave fans and listeners wanting to hear more.
