Jackson’s 2018 tour will kick off on January 19 at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, and it will wrap up on September 15 at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jackson will be performing in arenas, amphitheaters, festivals and multi-day events nationwide.
This tour is an extension of his 2017 run in such states as Florida, Oklahoma, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Louisiana and Texas.
His most popular country hits include “Chattahoochee,” “Drive,” “Gone Country, “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere,” his fun party tune with Jimmy Buffett, and “Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning,” among countless others.
At the Country Music Association (CMA) awards, that took place on November 8, Jackson performed two songs with his band, The Strayhorns. He sang “Chasin’ The Neon Rainbow” and “Don’t Rock the Jukebox,” the latter of which he sang with Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, both of which co-hosted the 2017 CMA awards ceremony in Nashville.
This year, Jackson was inducted into the coveted Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, along with such acclaimed musicians as the late Jerry Reed and country songwriter Don Schlitz.
