Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler back with new single ‘Red, White & You’

Last year, he released “Love Is Your Name” to the country stations and it garnered critical acclaimed from such outlets such as Rolling Stone. He premiered the song on the finale of the reality singing competition, American Idol, which was followed by a coast to coast tour, where he introduced himself and his new music to a new audience: his country music listeners.

His new single “Red, White & You” was co-produced by Tyler and veteran country producer Dann Huff; moreover, Tyler co-penned the tune with songwriters Nathan Barlowe, rising country artist Levi Hummon and Jon Vella. It will be released to all digital providers and streaming services on Jan. 22 via Dot Records, and it will go for adds to the country radio stations on Jan. 25.

Throughout his lengthy career in the music scene, Tyler is known as the primary songwriter and lead singer of the rock band Aerosmith. They have sold over 150 million albums worldwide and he has won four Grammy awards, six American Music Awards and an Emmy award. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.
