James co-stars opposite such popular soap stars as Jen Lilley (Days of Our Lives), Chrishell Stause (Days of Our Lives), Casey Moss (Days of Our Lives), and reality television star Scott Disick. It’s the story of Drew Castle. played by James, who is living in Los Angeles and attending a private high school called Westfield Prep while dealing with hidden issues with schizophrenia. The show has already generated over 100 thousand views this season. “It has been really cool. I am really excited. I have a bunch of new actors joining the cast,” he said.
He added, “There are a lot of exciting things in the works. I just wrote more yesterday for it because I felt so inspired after having a meeting with an actor who joined the show. We will even have a serial killer story-line coming up and that is going to be really cool.”
On the origin of the series’ title “Youthful Daze,” James explained, “That was an actually an idea I had a long time ago, and it was just a play on words that was interesting and fun. I wanted to have a title that immediately encompassed youth and just order. I love it and I am very happy that I thought of it.”
Regarding his future plans, he said, “I want to continue to release amazing content for fans. We have had a lot of fan support financially, and I want to keep exploring new story-lines for my character, Drew, and I feel the best is yet to come.”
Each day, James is motivated by his “calling,” which is to be working as an actor and to give back as an artist. He listed Scarlett Johansson, Amy Adams and Jennifer Lawrence as his three dream female acting partners.
“The best for Youthful Daze is yet to come. I am very thankful for the fans’ support, and I love keeping in touch with them. I love my fans,” he concluded.
