Thomas Tippin is the youngest son of country sensation Aaron Tippin, and he has signed with BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.) for exclusive songwriting representation. Both of his parents, Aaron and Thea, have been songwriters with BMI since the 80’s.
Aaron Tippin stated that he and his wife, Thea, are both thrilled for their son, Thomas’, future as a singer-songwriter, and they are happy that he chose to affiliate with BMI, which has been their home for the past three decades. Ironically enough, Aaron noted that Troy Tomlinson was his publisher back in his early days, so to have his son, Josh Tomlinson sign Thomas Tippin on BMI, is “really cool.”
Thomas Tippin expressed that it is an honor for him to be signed to BMI, where both of his parents have been for years. He shared that he is looking forward to working with them.
In March of 2018, Aaron Tippin and fellow country musician Michael Ray performed a special duet of “Kiss This” together on stage.
