Medical technology company Xenco Medical has again been named one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company Magazine. The annual list recognizes companies whose technologies are encouraging change. Xenco Medical was previously named one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company in 2023. As the recipient of the honor again in 2025, Xenco Medical joins a rare group of companies recognized by the acclaimed list more than once. Chosen from leading companies in the global technology sector, selection to the list is widely recognized as a prestigious honor in the tech industry.

A leader in its application of materials science to surgical implant and instrument design, Xenco Medical’s portfolio consists of biomimetic implants, regenerative biomaterials, and composite polymer surgical instruments. Advanced software technologies are expansive to post-surgical remote therapeutic monitoring and preoperative holographic surgical simulation products.

In a statement from Fast Company Magazine, the publication noted, “This year’s list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations to achieve remarkable milestones in all sectors of the economy.”

Xenco Medical founder and CEO Jason Haider noted that the recognition as one of Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies underscores the firm’s commitment to enhancing healthcare. He stated that the company will continue to improve healthcare by advancing interdisciplinary innovation and ensuring that interventions work together to support long-term care.

Xenco Medical has developed its TrabeculeX Continuum technology to integrate regenerative biomaterials with patient-specific rehabilitation exercises, delivered via an AI-powered recovery platform. Inspired by the principles of mechanotransduction, Xenco Medical’s combination of orthobiologics and digital health has unified the intraoperative and postoperative phases of a patient’s journey to recovery.

By allowing surgeons to remotely monitor each of their patients’ pain scores, rehab adherence, and functional motion progress through AI-powered pose assessments, Xenco Medical’s TrabeculeX Continuum creates a partnership between providers and patients implanted with the company’s regenerative biomaterial.

Xenco Medical’s technologies have introduced a value-based approach to healthcare in the medical device sector. “Our list of the Most Innovative Companies offers both a comprehensive look at innovation today and a playbook for the future,” said Fast Company editor-in-chief Brendan Vaughan. “This year’s list recognizes companies that are harnessing AI in deep and meaningful ways, brands that are turning customers into superfans by overdelivering for them, and challengers that are introducing bold ideas and vital competition to their industries. At a time when the world is rapidly shifting, these companies are charting the way forward.”

Fast Company Magazine announced the 2025 list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies on March 18, which will be followed by an awards ceremony and gala at the Javits Center in New York City on June 5.
