Walmart won’t sell UFC fighter’s book because she’s too violent

Rousey’s book, My Fight/Your Fight, won’t be available in Walmart stores because the retail giant says she is too violent. However, the book, which will be released on May 12, can be pre-ordered on the store’s website.

Publisher Judith Regan said that she was shocked to discover that censorship is happening in America, according to Page Six.

Barnes & Noble has taken thousands of pre-orders for Rousey’s book. The book has also made many rounds on morning sows on its book tour. Rousey is also booked for an appearance on ‘Good Morning America.’

It’s worth noting that Walmart is the largest seller of guns and ammo in America.

Rousey is currently the Women’s Bantamweight champion, and she has held the title since 2012. She has been in 11 fights, and has won all of them. Her last fight was with Cat Zingano, whom she defeated in under 20 seconds of the first round. Rousey recently made an appearance at a WWE event, and she has appeared in ‘Fast And Furious 7’ and is set to make an appearance in the film ‘Entourage,’ which is out in June.
