Philip Scheinfeld is one of New York City’s top luxury real estate brokers. As the founder of the Philip Scheinfeld Team at Compass, the 30 year-old-real estate entrepreneur has recently expanded his top producing team to South Florida and the Greater Miami Area. This expansion is very timely to say the least, as the region’s real estate market is in the midst of a once in a generation boom. Philip Scheinfeld and his team are striking while the iron is hot having brokered over $20 million worth of deals closed and currently pending in the city since expanding to the area.

The young broker has been consistently building his brand and growing his book of business as the founder of the Philip Scheinfeld team at Compass since its inception; after accumulating the necessary experience building his skills and network as a part of Douglas Elliman and as a part of another top broker’s team at Compass, Scheinfeld felt it was time for him to take the reins and bet on himself in 2019. Scheinfeld’s risk has been paying off ever since as his team has generated over $300 million in sales since the team’s first deal.

As a testament to recent move and growing success, Scheinfeld and his team have already done $56 million in sales in just the first quarter of this year between the New York and Miami markets. Among others, one of Scheinfeld’s more noteworthy listings is his 4-bed condominium unit at Ritz Carlton in Sunny Isles boasting 270 degree panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami Beach and the downtown Miami skyline.

Scheinfeld, of course, knows that he cannot neglect to nurture his New York business, despite expanding to Miami. This is precisely why he is focused on keeping as well as expanding the inroads he’s successfully made in the New York City real estate market as well as bring them to Miami.

Scheinfeld has built a reputation over the years for his versatility, selling in luxury penthouses, unique Greenwich Village townhouses, as well as exclusive Fifth Ave Co-ops. As a native New Yorker, his sincere connection to the city shines through in his work and motivates him every day. Since Scheinfeld’s true love for the city has propelled his real estate business forward in such a short period of time, he understands the value of authentically ingraining oneself in every street corner of the city one works in. Scheinfeld knows that in order to successfully sell luxury homes, in any city, the broker needs to curate and arouse a desirable lifestyle, emanating through the marketing as well as each showing. This is what Scheinfeld excels at in New York and plans to bring to Miami.

This understanding, coupled with his creative social media marketing skills and his ability to effectively delegate will ensure his lasting success in both Miami and New York City (and beyond). Further, Scheinfeld’s unparalleled Rolodex of painters, architects, movers, designers, electricians, attorneys, et cetera allows him to provide value to his clients at every step of the deal, sometimes even saving deals from unforeseen circumstances.

As Scheinfeld continues to grow his top producing Compass team’s business in the Greater Miami Area as well as New York City, we will be sure to cover it.
