Editorial Assistant/Feature Writer
This position involves assisting the editorial staff in all aspects of production of Digital Journal magazine.
Job details: Digital Journal has an opening for a talented and aggressive feature writer to contribute to both Digital Journal magazine, and online at www.digitaljournal.com.
This editorial opening will begin as a part-time position, with the chance of it evolving into a full-time job.
Successful candidates must have the ability to do in-depth research, dig information that is not easily accessible, and write stories about topics not usually covered by mainstream media.
The successful candidate should be able to pitch engaging stories on a regular basis. He or she will work closely with the editorial board to produce unique, engaging and sometimes controversial stories.
Must be a team player and possess a great sense of humour. A successful candidate must have vision, clear focus and aspire to find stories that are off the beaten track.

Production & Graphic Artist
This position involves assisting the art director in all aspects of designing and producing the editorial pages for Digital Journal.
Job details: Digital Journal has an opening for a design-savvy, self-motivated graphic artist.
Successful candidates for this part-time position must have solid knowledge of graphic design programs including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of creative and strategic initiatives and be a team player working closely with the art director and the editorial board.
