Annalisa Peretti is embodying a professional duality that has placed her at the crossroads of fashion, real estate, and entertainment production.

The Italian-born attorney has built a career on an unconventional premise: that intellectual property law could serve as the foundation for creative enterprises across multiple industries. After establishing herself as a fashion lawyer in Italy, Peretti relocated to Los Angeles, where she founded ventures that integrate her legal expertise with design, architecture, and sustainable fashion. Her approach centers on protecting creative assets through patents and trademarks granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office while simultaneously developing the commercial applications of those protected designs.

Peretti’s work has attracted clients, including NBC, Paramount Pictures, and Netflix, as well as brands in the fashion, beauty, and sports sectors. In 2025, she received recognition through the GRA Awards, which evaluated her contributions across fashion, real estate, and production using a structured assessment process. The recognition acknowledges more than two decades of professional activity that has consistently merged legal frameworks with creative execution.

Building enterprises on intellectual property foundations

Peretti’s entry into fashion emerged directly from her legal specialization. “My entry into the fashion world actually stemmed from my legal expertise. My focus as an attorney has been on fashion law and the industry, emphasizing property, inventions, designs, creations, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets,” she explained. “In essence, I protect intangible assets and creative rights.” This legal foundation informed her decision to create her own brand, where she could apply intellectual property protections to original designs while maintaining control over creative direction and commercial strategy.

Her fashion division features a ready-to-wear women’s collection characterized by minimal, timeless aesthetics. The collection incorporates sustainable Italian fabrics and has been sold through boutiques and famous venues, including the Beverly Wilshire, the Beverly Hills Hotel, and the Bel-Air Bay Club. Publications including Forbes, Maxim, OK! Magazine and The Fashion Law have covered her transition from legal practice to fashion entrepreneurship, with The Fashion Law identifying her as a leading legal expert within the industry.

Beyond designing collections, Peretti provides branding strategy and creative direction services to other companies. She assists brands with product strategy and vision, business fundamentals, technical and design considerations, and leadership development through real projects with renowned sponsors and production firms. This consulting work extends her influence beyond her own brand while generating additional revenue streams that support her expansion into real estate investment.

Expanding into luxury real estate and production spaces

Real estate represents a significant component of Peretti’s current business focus, drawing on her lifetime passion. “I take pleasure in transforming properties to create designs that are refined, sophisticated, minimal, yet elegant, enhancing architecture and interiors,” she noted. Her real estate strategy targets luxury properties in Los Angeles and other major cities, with acquisitions serving dual purposes: providing production facilities for her fashion operations and offering venues for corporate events, private functions, and multimedia productions.

The properties she develops function as integrated spaces where fashion shows, editorial shoots, and media events can occur under conditions she controls. This vertical integration allows her to reduce external production costs while creating additional revenue opportunities through space rentals. Her real estate portfolio operates under her Holding company that manages her fashion, media production, and property ventures. “I am currently expanding the real estate investment segment of my companies, translating long-term into tangible protected assets. This area is central to my current business expansion and is something I am deeply passionate about,” she said.

The expansion reflects a strategic shift toward asset accumulation, with properties representing long-term value that complements the more volatile fashion market. By maintaining ownership of production spaces, Peretti retains greater control over project timelines and quality standards while building equity in appreciating real estate assets. Her real estate activities also provide tangible collateral that can support further business expansion, creating a foundation for sustained growth across her enterprises.

Navigating multiple industries through strategic integration

Peretti’s business model relies on integrating sectors that traditionally operate independently of one another. Her legal training provides expertise in contract negotiation and intellectual property protection, skills that prove essential when working with major entertainment clients or securing trademark protections. Her fashion experience informs her approach to property aesthetics and spatial design, while her real estate holdings provide physical infrastructure for fashion production and media projects.

This cross-sector approach has produced measurable commercial outcomes, including her brand’s ranking as the 52nd most prominent Italian international brand according to industry assessments. Her media coverage from outlets such as Forbes and Maxim has expanded her public profile beyond traditional fashion and real estate audiences. The diversity of her client roster demonstrates her ability to deliver services across different market segments while maintaining professional standards that satisfy the demands of corporate clients.

Her enterprises continue to expand, with plans for continued growth in her real estate investment activities. Projections indicate multi-million-dollar investments in property acquisitions over the next several years. These investments will likely focus on markets where entertainment production remains active, ensuring demand for the specialized venue services her properties provide. As her businesses operate, the underlying structure remains consistent: legal protections supporting creative ventures that generate commercial returns across fashion, real estate, and production sectors, all operating under integrated management that leverages expertise across multiple professional disciplines.
