Forget Going West, GoPublicNow.com Instead

DermaRx Corporation (OTCBB: DMRX) and GoPublicNow.com, Inc. a Nevada
Corporation, announced that GoPublicNow.com has completed its merger
with DermaRx and has changed the name of the surviving corporation to
GoPublicNow.com, Inc. (GPN). The combined entities were scheduled to
trade on the over-the-counter bulletin board on April 7, 2000 under the
symbol (OTCBB: GNOW) which is being changed from (OTCBB: DMRX).

GPN aims to assist companies to raise funds and to go public over the
Internet by offering strategic advice and access to capital resources
and public markets.
