Homing Device, as the new service is known, is an Internet home search tool that allows Web house hunters to customize an online search for homes that meet their specific search criteria, and then receive e-mail notification when listings that match their interest come onto the market.

five home searches identifying specific price ranges, home specifications
and/or geographic locations. Once complete the service will notify clients
daily via e-mail when new Coldwell Banker property listings matching their
criteria hit the market.
The e-mail includes a link to the day’s new listings, a photograph of the
newly listed property, an internal/external virtual tour (if available), the
price, property specifications and sales associate contact information
(including e-mail address).
